All items are shipped free worldwide.
All items will be shipped through Registered Air Mail.There is no tracking available for Registered Air Mail. Registered mail requires signature on delivery so please ensure that there is someone to receive the pack on your address of delivery.If there is no one to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a note at your home and you will have to pick up the parcel from the post office yourself by providing the registration number and proof of your identity. If the parcel is not picked up even after this it may be returned back to us as unclaimed.
All our items are available "Ex stock/Existing Stock". It means that we already have the merchandise goods available in stock and it is therefore ready for immediate dispatch to you with no lead time other than delivery. Orders are shipped within 2 business days after cleared payment is received. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Post Office Holidays. Please note that Paypal eChecks take 5-7 business days to clear. We ship as soon as funds have cleared. You will be notified by email when your item is shipped. Worldwide shipping can take up to 15-21 days to arrive. However, we can't accept responsibility in the case of delays caused by the Postal Service.
Express shipping with online tracking and delivery confirmation (delivery within 5-7 days) is available on request. Please contact us with the item number for quotes to your location.
Online Tracking is available only if you have purchased Express Shipping by paying additional charges. All other international shipments cannot be tracked once they leave India.
We can only ship to the PayPal supplied address, please ensure this is correct before payment. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

If you do not receive your item after 21 days, please contact us we will contact our local Post Office to check on shipment status. Post office will send investigation case to the destination of the packet and should get reply in about 2 weeks. If you still haven't received your item 2 weeks after the investigation we will refund you in full.
